1. What DoReDog is

DoReDog is a free website that publishes music in a letter-notation format and lets you play it back through an in-browser piano player. It is provided for personal, non-commercial, educational and entertainment use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use DoReDog lawfully and not to:

• scrape, harvest, or systematically copy the site’s content or code for republication;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
• remove or obscure any advertising, notices, or attributions;
• use the site in a way that infringes anyone’s rights or breaks any applicable law.

3. Our content and intellectual property

The DoReDog name, logo, site design, code, the letter-notes player, and our original arrangements and written text are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may play and learn from them freely, and share links to pages — but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or build a competing service from our content without written permission.

Some melodies published here are in the public domain (for example, classical works whose copyright has expired, and traditional tunes). Public-domain melodies are free for everyone; our particular arrangements, colour-coding and presentation of them remain ours.

4. Copyright & takedown requests

We respect intellectual-property rights and only intend to publish original works, licensed material, and public-domain content. If you believe something on DoReDog infringes your copyright, please contact us at mnkahraman@gmail.com with:

• a description of the work and the page (URL) where it appears;
• your contact details;
• a statement that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on their behalf.

We will review every good-faith request promptly and remove or amend content where appropriate.

5. Advertising links

DoReDog displays third-party advertising and may contain links to external sites. We don’t control those sites or ads and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

6. No warranty

DoReDog is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every arrangement is a perfect transcription. Audio playback depends on your browser and device.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoReDog and its operator won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.

9. Governing approach

These Terms are intended to be interpreted reasonably and in good faith. Where a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
