About Christian Petzold
Christian Petzold (born 15 March 1677 in Weißig, near Königstein; died 25 May 1733) was a German Baroque composer and organist. He is best known as the actual composer of the famous Minuet in G major (BWV Anh. 114), long attributed to J. S.
